Edward Feigenbaum is an accomplished leader with more than three decades of experience in emergency management, strategic planning, and military operations. He currently serves as Emergency Management Coordinator and Liaison to ARNORTH with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in San Antonio, Texas, a role he has held since 2014. Prior to this position, Feigenbaum spent over 24 years in the U.S. Army, serving as an Army Officer for more than two decades before transitioning to a role as Planning Specialist and Contingency Planner at Fort Sam Houston. Known for translating complex plans into tangible results, he brings deep expertise in team building, performance management, and leveraging technology to address organizational challenges. Feigenbaum holds a Master of Science in Occupational Technology with a focus on Training Program Development from the University of Houston, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Niagara University. His professional development includes advanced certifications in training management, human resources, and leadership.
